Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new artwork or your new item of Jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns.

You have 14 days from the date you received your print to request a return and initiate the shipping process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us using the Contact Us section of our website with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method as we cannot issue a refund until the product is safely received and inspected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the product is approved and confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number] business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in packaging every product to ensure its safe arrival. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us using the Contact Us section of our website. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to the product itself and the exterior packaging.  We will then initiate contact to discuss either a refund or replacement.
