Order Processing Time

All Jewellery and Artworks are made to order and require careful quality checks before packaging. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.

Shipping Service and Delivery Estimates

All shipments are sent via Registered Post and include full tracking. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees or Tariffs that may be applied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office to determine if any additional charges will apply before placing your order.
